FEBRUARY PET SPOTLIGHT

"Ollie"

Ollie was adopted from the Anderson Animal Shelter – a lucky find indeed – he’s lucky and his new family is lucky!  And look how cute he is...

Ollie is an outgoing confident boy, eager to play and be loved on by just about anyone. His current favorite toy is a cat teaser with feathers on the end of a string – he jumps & chases that thing all over – he cannot resist it.

A close second is a motorized cat teaser toy – it tweets and then randomly pushes out a feather from several different openings – it drives him crazy.

In his free time, Ollie likes to hang out on the largest dog bed he can find…much to his dog siblings chagrin. Recently, Ollie was found sleeping on Maggie’s bed and Maggie really wanted him to move (her expression says it all) – so eventually Maggie just joined him (check out the photo).

Ollie is an indoor kitty always looking for love – in fact, his favorite thing to do is look for a lap to snuggle on – and he’s not above trying to snuggle with Maggie.

At night it’s unclear where he sleeps, probably in one of the dog beds, but in the morning he can be found right outside his people’s bedroom door…waiting…purring.

Ollie has the perfect life now...he's loved by all...he loves his people and his 2 dog siblings and his 2 cat siblings…the girl kitties, however, remain undecided about Ollie - poor Ollie, all he wants is love.
