What are the hospital hours?
Tuesday: 8am – 6pm
Wednesday: 8am – 2pm
Thursday: 8am – 6pm
Friday: 8am – 6pm
Saturday: 8am to Noon
Sunday: Closed
During off hours, we refer to Companion Animal Specialty & Emergency Hospital in Crystal Lake at 815-479-9119 or Dundee Animal Hospital in Dundee at 847-428-6114.
Do we offer payment plans?
Payment is required at the time of service. CareCredit does offer payment options that can help spread out the total cost over time.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Our veterinarians see patients by appointment only. If you feel your pet needs veterinary care, please give us a call at 847-428-8430 so we can set up an appointment for your pet.
What are our accepted forms of payment?
We accept cash, checks, CareCredit, and all major credit cards.
What animals are we able to treat?
We work with dogs and cats. We unfortunately do not see reptiles, amphibians, insects, small mammals, avians, or farm animals.
Do we offer any grooming, boarding, or day care services?
We do not, however we have some lists of services that we recommend to those who ask.
